Students land on this page when they touch one of the courses (subjects) on their Dashboard.

The section below the tabs displays the information about the faculty taking this course. A photograph of the faculty, along with Name, Title and email if available for the faculty are displayed here.

Source of the information is as follows:

Name: Name as defined in Manage Staff
Title: This is a combination of Title and Department as defined in Manage Staff (Title of Dept)
Email: email as defined in Manage Staff

There are 3 sections below the faculty information. They are:

1. Class Completion
2. Internal Performance
3. Attendance

The horizontal scaled bar graphs in each section displays the progress of that area. Each of them are also touch enabled and display detailed information for the summary graph presented on this screen.

Class Completion

This section presents a bar graph with a progress bar indicating the % of classes that are completed of the planned classes. Upon touch, this takes the student a detail screen displaying the classes conducted till date and planned in the future for rest of the term. The detail includes date of class (conducted or planned), topic planned and topic taught.

Internal Performance

This section displays a graph of the % of scores obtained in the sessional exams or continuous assessments. The bar when touched gives details of each component of the continuous assessment.

The scores displayed here are entered in onEdu by the faculty using Enter Sessional Marks. Prior to that, a continuous assessment structure has to be assigned to the subject and section. This structure will define the number and type of evaluations that comprise the continuous assessment.

Attendance Till Date

The bar graph represents the % of classes the student has attended out of the total conducted classes for this subject/section.

A touch on this bar takes the student to a detailed view of current month calendar with the absent dates highlighted in RED color. The subject and the attendance % are displayed at the top of the calendar as in the image to the right.

The student can go back to the Course Home using the slide right option, or the back button on the top right corner.

The icons on the bottom of the screen take the user to view Alerts (bottom left) and Schedule (bottom right)

1. I do not see photo of the faculty. Why?
   Photo is only displayed if the faculty has uploaded their photo in the Manage Staff Profile page in onEdu. Or else, a system administrator can also upload photo in the Manage Staff page for the faculty. When no photo is available, by default the initials of the faculty are displayed instead.
2. Classes have been conducted and attendance entered. However, class completion progress bar shows 0%. Why?
   Please contact Winnou Support team. procedurecalls.sh is a cronjob that runs every day at 00:10 hours and populates absentee_view table with data. Unless this table is populated, class completion will show a 0% value.
