onEdu helps placement officer manage the entire student profile life cycle. Placement officer can review, edit, approve or reject student profiles.This screen also helps you to mass approve the students profiles based on batches and sections.

Menu Navigation: Placements → Student → Status of Student Profiles

Only approved profiles will be able to participate in the placement activity. Placement officer can also mark some students as “opt out” from college placement activity based on student preferences.

Placement officer can store a list of companies who participate in college placement activity.

This screen will help you to create the detailed information about the company profile and offering.

Placement officer can release events for students to register online based on their interest.

Menu Navigation: Placements → Events Management → Manage Placement Events

Create Events: Allows you to create/edit the events company wise. You can schedule the events based on company visiting dates and requirements.

Publish Events: Once the event is created the placement officer can push the company offering and visiting details to students and parents through various means of communication such as SMS, Email and APP alert.

This is a very powerful screen in the module, which allows you to filter the students with an advance filter which includes program, dept, student academic %, languages spoken, city etc. to meet specific criteria of the recruiting company. It allows you to send the mobile alerts, SMS and Email to students about their current status.

Menu Navigation: Placements → Events Management → Event Selection Process

Helps you to define the placement selection process based on the recruiting company requirements. You also have a privilege to rearrange the process or add a new selection process.

Menu Navigation: Placements → Events Management → Mark Student Attendance

Allows you to mark the performance of the student for each selection process event wise. Now, this screen have an option to send the alerts to students who have registered but were absent during process. You have an option to edit the attendance, in case of any corrections.

This screen allows you to easily access and view detailed information about the companies visiting college for placements. The information is presented in a user-friendly tabular format. This screen also has the option to filter the results based on specific criteria such as date range, industry, and event code. Additionally, you can download the data by simply clicking on the print or excel icons.
