Certificate Report

This report helps the process owner to view the certificates issued to student on a daily basis. Ability to view reports for multiple certificates configured in the system by user details. You can also track and monitor the staff issuing these certificates to students. Following are the filters for search creteria:

Edit Certificate Setup
Menu Navigation: Exams → Edit Certificate Setup
This screen allows you to edit the certificate at any given point of time. You can design and customise the certificate details as per your needs. By adding predefined fields, you can ensure certificates generated are always correct as per your database. There are multiple features can be configured in the certificates, such as available for alumni or current students, auto generating of certificate series number, college logo watermark image, QR code etc.
Certificate Mapping
Menu Navigation: Exams → Certificate Mapping
This feature allows you to assign the certificates access to user roles. Only those users who are given permission will be able to access the certificates screens.
Certificate Setup
Menu Navigation: Exams → Certificate Set up
This feature allows the certificate process owner to set up a new certificate in the system. By default, winnou team defines applicable certificates as a part of implementation process. But in case you need to make any further changes to it you have ability to do so. This is a similar screen as 'Edit Certificate Setup'.
Certificate set up can be done using Toggle Editor. It provides numerous features that simplifies the process of setting up your certificate. To include a logo, simply copy and paste it into the Toggle Editor. Once pasted, click on the logo, and an editing pop-up will appear. This editing pop-up offers various options such as adjusting the margin, dimensions, alignment, and border of the logo. These features make it easy to refine and customize the logo placement on your certificate.
Certificate Issue

This screen is to issue the various certificate define in the system by simple adding a roll number. Multiple users can issue the certificate parallel.
Online Exam
The easiest way for conducting exams is using online exam. onEdu gives you multiple variants in defining the exams like MCQ, Short Answers, Paragraphs and Fill in the Blanks. The results are generated on real time and the freedom in configuring the exams in multiple ways is too easy. Why wait, let's start.
Upload Questions
Menu Navigation: Online Exam → Upload Questions
This screen allows you to add questions and answers keys for a exam. And you can define multiple types of questions such as MCQ, Fill in the Blanks, Short Answers etc..
Upload Questions(Excel)

This screen allows you to upload the question into onEdu in one go. The upload excel format is available in the screen which can be used to add data and the same file can be uploaded into the system.
Manage Questions

This screen allows you to view the questions set uploaded/added for a particular exam. Also you can edit the questions here in case you want to make any changes.
Blue Print Settings

All the setting for the question paper to be taken care here. This gives you lot of options to configure the exams based on your requirements. Following are the setting that you should be aware of before configuring the blue print.

This screen allows you to view the added blue prints in the system. You can also view, edit and delete the blue print based on their status. This screen allows you to edit before the exam is taken by a student.

This screen allows you to review exams that have already been scheduled. Following are the filters for search criteria.
- Exam Type
- Regulation
- Batch Year
- Exam Name
The search results showcase comprehensive information about the exam, accompanied by choices such as editing, deleting, exporting, and unpublishing the exam.
You can navigate to create new button for scheduling the exam. The creating blue print will be available in the dropdown list for your selection and you can choose the start date and time with end date and time, then you can add some instructions for the exam as well as for the questions now you should choose for which all sections you want to schedule the exam for, that's it. The exam is schedule and ready for student to take on..
Online Exam
Menu Navigation: Online Exam → Online Exam
This screen is designed specifically for students.Before taking the exam, students will receive clear instructions through an alert. This alert will provide all the necessary instructions stated by the faculty while scheduling the exam. Students can simply click the “Start” button to begin the exam. All the online exam settings can be easily managed in the Blue Print Settings screen.

Search Results are displaying in a table. In the last column we have an option to edit, export or delete a scheduled exam. New Schedule button allows you to schedule an exam, please provide required information in the following parameters.

Student wise Concession
Menu Navigation: Exam → Student wise Concession
This screen allows the admin to give exam registration fee concessions to students. Following are the filters for search criteria.
- Exam Name (mandatory field)
- Department
- Program
- Section
- Roll Number
The search results table provides information about students, including their exam details and the initial exam registration amount. The platform allows for the possibility of granting concessions on the registration fee, but only to students who haven't registered for the exam yet. Once a student registers for an exam, they become ineligible for any concession.
By entering the concession fee in the designated input field and clicking on the save button, the registration fee will be immediately updated and displayed on the student's screen. Moreover, this concession amount can be edited as needed. Concessions can either be applied on a subject-wise basis or across all subjects, depending on the specific exam type configuration.
New Schedule
Exam can be scheduled by clicking on New Schedule button on the top right of the screen. Please provide required information in all the fields.
- Exam Name: Mandatory field, can take any text upto a maximum of 250 characters. It is recommended to follow a naming convention as per the Institution norms, so it is easy to search for at a later stage.
For example, INTAKE_YEAR SECTION EXAM_TYPE - EXAM_MONTH_YEAR 2022 PGD PCS SEM 2 SUPPLEMENTARY - JUL 2023
- Exam Type: Mandatory field, to be selected from list of values (Main, Supplementary, Revaluation and Internals).The value selected here drives the information to be collected on this screen as well process that this exam can follow. For example, when Internals type of exam is selected, many fields on this screen become irrelevant and will be hidden, or Revaluation type of exam will not be available for seating plan generation.
- Registration Start and End Dates: Mandatory fields, that take date and time values. The date and time range with in which students can register for the exam with no late fee.
- Registration Close Date: Mandatory field, that takes date and time values. The last date/time after which students cannot register for the exam. Late fee is applicable after Registration End Date till Registration Close Date. The system will only allow you to select a date that is later than Registration End Date.
- Consider Attendance From: Mandatory field, that takes a date value. Up until the date defined here, students are free to register and no attendance criteria will be applied to allow or disallow a student to register for the exam. On and after this date, on the exam registration screen, students can see the attendance percentage for each subject and condonation rules will apply.

You will be presented with a list of checkboxes for batches, programs and sections.Please choose the relevant options that you want to assign the exam to and by clicking the create button an exam will be scheduled.
Exam Registration

This screen is for the students. Here, students can easily register for any exam. In case there is a registration fee involved, simply click on the “Pay” button, and you will be redirected to the secure Payment Gateway to complete the transaction. Once the transaction is completed, the student has successfully registered for the exam.
Exam Registration Approval

This screen allows you to review and approve the exam registration status of students, following are the filters for search criteria:
- Exam Name (Mandatory field)
- Department
- Program
- Section
- Roll Number
In the table of search results, you can mark the relevant checkbox next to each student's exam registration entry. Once you've made your selections, simply click the “Approve” button to confirm the approvals. Exam Registration Approval is a mandatory step to process hall tickets for all registered students for the upcoming exam.
Exam Registration Status

Search Criteria: Exam registration status of a student can be searched by using the following criteria:

- Include Inactive Students
This screen provides an overview of students categorized as “Registered,” “Not Registered,” and “Approved” for an upcoming exam. It also displays the attendance records for each student based on the subjects they are enrolled in. Moreover, there's a convenient option to download the hall ticket, but only for those students who have been approved to take the exam.
This screen includes another feature of sending reminders to Non Registered students via both SMS and Email. To dot this, simply adjust the status filter in search criteria to “Non Registered”. In the table search results, you can mark the relevant checkbox next to each student's exam registration entry. Once you have made your selections, just click on “Send SMS” , “Send Email” or both the buttons depending on your preference.
In the application, we have three distinct printing functionalities:
“Print All” Button: This button is designed to print all the hall tickets of the students displayed in the search results. When you click on the “Print All” button, the system will generate and print hall tickets for all the students listed in the search results.
Print Icon: The print icon is specifically used to print the search result table. When you click on the print icon, the system will print a pdf file of the table showing the search results.
Excel Icon: When you click on the excel icon, the system will print a xls file of the table showing the search results.
Print Hallticket

On this screen, you can view and print the original hall tickets issued to students for the upcoming exam. Following are the filters for search criteria. The admin can preview the hall tickets before they are made available for students to download.

D-Hallticket Report

On this screen, you can easily access and print the duplicate hall tickets of students for the upcoming exam. It provides a convenient way to identify and manage any instances of duplicate hall tickets issued to ensure a smooth examination process. Following are the filters for search criteria. The admin can preview the hall tickets before they are made available for students to download.

No Due Approval

The No Due Approval screen is a crucial step that every college must complete before issuing hall tickets to students. It encompasses the approval process for various dues, such as Fee, Library, Lab, and Marks Memo dues. The successful clearance of these dues is mandatory for students to proceed with obtaining their hall ticket.
In the Search Results, you will find a tabulated display showing various due types alongside each student's information. For each due type, a corresponding checkbox is provided. To grant approval, you simply need to select the checkbox under the respective due type for the specific student. Once you have made the necessary selections, click on the “Approve” button to finalize the approval process.
In addition this screen also offers the capability to easily monitor and view the approval status of each student's due.
Late Registration

This screen serves as a valuable tool to address various issues that may arise when a student is not initially mapped to a subject or when a new scheme is introduced after the exam registration process has been closed. It provides a user-friendly front-end solution to handle such situations effectively. By selecting the checkbox next to a particular student in the search results and clicking on “Save” button the admin can instantly register the student for the desired subject.

On this screen, you have the ability to access a list of students who have registered for exams. The search results showcase essential details, including the subjects each student has registered for and the date when they completed their exam registration.
Exam Fee Payments
Menu Navigation: Exam Registration → Exam Fee Payments
In this screen, you can view the exam payment details of any student by simply searching using the following criteria
- Student Roll Number
- Student Name
Upon clicking the search button, you will be directed to the student exam registration screen, where you can find information about their exam registration and payment status. For a more detailed view of a specific exam, click on the respective exam name, and the payment details will be displayed.
Block Student Results
Menu Navigation: Exam Rgistration → Block Student Results
This screen serves as a result management system for students, allowing administrators to publish or block student results. The primary search criteria include the Roll number and Student name fields. Upon clicking the search button, the system displays the search results containing the exam names registered by the student and their current result status.
To proceed with publishing or blocking student results, the administrator can select the checkbox next to the exam name, and before choosing either to “Block” or “Unblock” the result they must provide a reason, which is a mandatory field.
By clicking on the “Block” button, the student's results will be unpublished or hidden from public view.
Conversely, clicking on the “Unblock” button will publish the previously blocked student results, making them visible again.
Convocation Registration Setup

Search Criteria: Following are the search criteria to view already setup registrations

This screen allows you to view, edit or delete previously set-up convocation registration and create a New Registration form.
New Registration
Convocation Registration Set up can be created by on New Registration on top right of the screen. Please provide information in all the fields.
- Convocation Name: Mandatory field, can take upto a maximum of 250 characters. It is recommended to follow a naming convention as per the institution norms, so it is easy to search for at a later stage.
For example, CONVOCATION_ORDINAL_NUMBER GARDUATION DAY GRADUATION_YEAR 22nd UG GRADUATION DAY 2022
- Registration Start Date : Mandatory field,that can take date and time values. The date from which the students can start registering for convocation.
- Registration End Date: Mandatory field, that can take date and time values. The deadline for students to register for the convocation without incurring any late fee.
- In person: This input field can take only integers.
- Absentia: This input field can take only integers.

After completing the above fields, please proceed to select the checkboxes for the corresponding sections that you wish to permit registration for. In conclusion, ensure to click on the “Save” button.
Convocation Registered Students

Search Criteria: Registered students can be viewed using the following criteria

This screen provides the ability to view the list of students who have registered for the convocation. Upon clicking the “Search” button, the search results will be presented in a tabular format. Additionally, it offers the convenience of downloading convocation registration forms for each student in either PDF or ZIP format by clicking on “Print” or “Download” respectively. Furthermore, you have the option to export the search results data into an XLS file for further use.

Enter Sessional Marks

This screen allows the faculty to enter the sessional marks for his/her teaching subjects only. It's a simple way to enter or upload evaluation marks in the system. You just have to pick your data from dropdown list and that's it.

Edit Sessional Marks
Menu Navigation: Exam → Edit Sessional Marks
This screen allows the faculty and HOD to edit, update and delete the entered sessional marks. In case you have mistakenly updated wrong sessional marks then this is the best way to get it fix. The search filter displays only the subject for which the marks are already entered for further updates.
Similar to 'Enter Sessional Marks' this also give you the same search criteria for updating the sessional marks.

Manage Final Marks

This allows you to upload/enter the final marks for subject. Course owners have the privilege to upload or enter the results into the system for evaluation. Once the results are uploaded into the system the authorised course HOD's will approve the entered marks by the faculty, and then it will be published for students.

Hall Ticket Generation
Manage Continuous Evaluation
Menu Navigation: Exam → Manage Continuous Evaluation (CE)
This screen allows the teaching staff to create the CE structure for their courses. This is very flexible, a user can define multiple types of evaluation based on his/her needs. A single structure can be used across the college and University.
Add new button allows you to create a new CE structure with the following parameters:
- Structure Name
- Weightage
- Evaluation Name
- Weightage
- Number of Evaluation
- Average of Best
- Evaluation type (can be created multiple)

- Maximum Number of Evaluation
- Final Score Based on (sum of all evaluation)
Assign Continuous Evaluation

By using 'Add New' button the user to assign the created evaluation structure for their course respectively. You also have an option to edit the CE structure before it is used, if once it is used then you will not be able to edit it further.

Sessional Marks

This screen is for the students. Here, students have can access their sessional marks for each subject. To view specific subject marks, students can simply click on the '+' button next to the corresponding subject to reveal their sessional scores.
Internal Assessment Report

The faculty can use this screen to conveniently view the internal assessment scores of students by applying various filters. The available search criteria include:
- Batch Year:

- Structures: This filter might be used to select a particular assessment structure.
The search results will be presented in a tabular form and will include the following information:
Student Details, Internal Scores: The scores obtained by the student in the internal assessments, which might include marks or grades for various assessments, Total Marks: The total marks achieved by the student in the internal assessments.
Best Sessional Marks

This screen allows you to view the sessional marks both section and subject level. You can print and download the data in excel format for your record purpose.

This screen allows you to view the sessional marks both section and subject level. You also have an option to send SMS alerts to parent based on ranking. You can print and download the data in excel format for your record purpose.

View Final Marks

This screen allows to view the final marks uploaded across the college and university. Sessional marks are also displayed along with the final marks at a section level.
Final Marks

This screen is for the students. Here, they can view their Final marks of each semester. To view specific semester final marks, students can simply click on the '+' button next to the corresponding semester to reveal their final scores. A table representing the grading system using by the institution will be displayed above for student's reference. Additionally, students have the option to download a report detailing their final scores for each semester.
Student Backlogs List

This screen allows you to view the list of student having backlogs, you can view the list of student at a section and subject level.

The search results are conveniently displayed, showing the subject names, the respective faculty who taught them, and the number of students who failed in each subject. Student Backlogs Report

On this screen, you'll find a comprehensive report displaying the backlog records of the students. Following are the filters for search criteria.
- Batch Year

The search results provide an overview of each student's details, including their attendance percentage for every semester. For clarity, separate tables are generated for each semester, showcasing relevant information.
Within each table, the number of backlogs is displayed alongside the corresponding student's data. This includes their overall percentage, overall credits scored, and an additional column to calculate the total marks obtained by the student in the specific semester.
Moreover, for enhanced convenience, each table's data can be exported to either a PDF or XLS file format, allowing users to easily save and access the information as needed.
Progress Report

This report allows you to view the student progress across the semester till date. You can see it at a individual student level.
Search Criteria: List of students can be searched for using the following criteria:

Student Academic Report

This report allows you to view the student SGPA and Credits accrued semester wise and with overall CGPA aggregate and credits earned. You can print and download the report in excel format for your record purpose.

Online Exam Summary
Menu Navigation: Online Exam → Online Exam Summary
This report allows you to view the completed exam result in a simple way, you can see the top scorer and list of student based on their score. It also allows you to reset the exam if in case a student exam is submitted for any reason and you can also complete reset the exam as well.
The results can be printed or you can download the results in excel sheet for your record purpose.
Performance Report

This report allows you to view the list of students section wise with exam attempted count and average score. You can print and export this report in an excel format for your record purpose.

The search results page provides comprehensive transaction details for students, such as transaction time, receipt number, amount, and transaction status. The main purpose of this report is to facilitate cross-checking of students payment status. The system allows users to export the search results either in PDF or XLS format, providing further flexibility in data handling and analysis.

Grade Sheet

This screen allows you to print the student grade sheet for each semester at a individual student level. It gives you the option to be mentioned while printing the grade sheet. It also has digital signature of authorised person of the college and University. A special feature that shows the digital signature in the grade sheet is which user had printed this.

This screen allows you to print memos for student based on the memo type (Transfer Certificate & Character Certificate). You can add the date of admission and date of leaving and memo issuing date as well before printing it. This can be done at an individual or at overall level.
Student Results Status

This screen helps in tracking the change of result status of a student. Following are the filters for search criteria.

Sessionals Entry Status
Menu Navigation: Exam → Sessional Entry Status
This is a powerful report with plenty of features, it allows you to view the list of subjects across the university for the current and previous semester based on your need for which the sessional marks are entered or not. It also shows you the summary count of subjects marks entered or not along with faculty details. You can send SMS alerts to faculty for who have not yet entered the sessional marks. You can also get the report based on evaluation selection (CE Structure).
