Menu Navigation: Library → Set Up → Manage Books
This screen is designed to facilitate the maintenance of the library's book collection. Following are the filters for search criteria.
- Department
- Subject
- Accession no
- From Date
- To Date
The search results provide an in-depth information of the book. Information is presented in a table with the following columns.
- S.No
- Accession no.
- Department
- Subject
- Book title
- Author
- Publisher
- Added on
- Price
This information is helpful in organizing, tracking and managing books to ensure efficient access and preservation. A new book can be added by clicking on the 'Create New' button on the top right corner, please provide all the information in the required fields.
News paper Attendance
Menu Navigation: Library → Set Up → News Paper Attendance
This screen serves the purpose of keeping track of newspaper subscriptions for the college. The screen consists of date filter and the list of newspaper. To record attendance, you can simply check the box next to the name of the newspaper. Once you've made your selections, just click the 'Save' button to confirm the attendance records. This feature also permits you to enter attendance data for dates in the past.
