Overview
Exam Registration process allows students to register for exams and creates the nominal rolls for conducting exams. After registering for exams, students will be able to download their hall tickets.
Exam Registration can be enabled for Regular exams and Supplementary exams (repeat). In addition, student application process for revaluation of results also uses parts of Exam Registration process.
The process consists of the following sub-processes:
- Exam Registration, can be opened at any time during the current term
- Application of condonation fee (in case of attendance shortage)
- Exceptional approvals to by pass the constraints applied by default
Pre-reqs
- Academic Program Setup is done
- Subjects are defined including credits for each subject
- Scheme of Instructions (including internal/final exam marks split) is complete
- Students are uploaded to the sections
- Payment Gateway is integrated and ready
- Student photos are uploaded (for printing on hall tickets)
- COE signature is uploaded and configured (for printing on hall tickets)
- Attendance by subject is captured for students for the current term. This step can be skipped provided condonation fee is not applicable.
