   - I do not see photo of the faculty. Why?\\ Photo is only displayed if the faculty has uploaded their photo in the Manage Staff Profile page in onEdu. Or else, a system administrator can also upload photo in the Manage Staff page for the faculty. When no photo is available, by default the initials of the faculty are displayed instead.
   - Classes have been conducted and attendance entered. However, class completion progress bar shows 0%. Why?\\ Please contact Winnou Support team. procedurecalls.sh is a cronjob that runs every day at 00:10 hours and populates absentee_view table with data. Unless this table is populated, class completion will show a 0% value.
