Student: Attendance

This screen allows the student to review their attendance (both overall and individual course wise). The overall attendance percentage across all active courses for the term is presented as a doughnut graph at the top, and each individual course wise attendance percentage is plotted as a progress bar graph. The courses are listed in alphabetical order.

Each of the progressive bar graphs for the courses can be touched upon to review the detail. The detail screen presents the dates that the student was absent for a class of this course. The date is highlighted in RED. The dates that the student was present is not displayed on the screen. The screen displays one month at a time, with the default being the current month. Student can navigate to previous months using the arrow icon at the top left of the monthly calendar.

Pre-requisites:

1. Attendance module is enabled and data gathered on a regular basis

Configurations that impact this screen:

1. Course wise tracking of attendance is a configuration setting in the Scheme of Instructions. This setting can be turned off where attendance is not tracked for a course of a section.
